Tam resides in Macarthur with her husband Ash and their three girls. Tam has been living and working in the area for over 20 years, is passionate about her community, and began mentoring with Standing Tall in 2023. 

Tam loves volunteering and has been involved with Hamilton & District Gymnastics, Macarthur Swimming Pool, Disabled Surfers South West, and various fundraising events to raise funds for causes such as Let’s Talk Foundation. Tam has an Advanced Diploma Farm Management and has worked in the Agriculture field for over 30 years.

Tam joined Standing Tall as she is very passionate about assisting youth in the community, and believes that being there to listen and advocate for young people in our community can assist in changing lives for the better. She feels it is critical to provide services such as Standing Tall to communities, to assist with keeping our youth engaged, and to offer support to mentees and their families.

She is employed by RIST, a local RTO, where she works closely with students to achieve personal and academic success through the study of Agriculture.
