Welcome to Issue 2 of Mentoring Matters for 2025!

There's been a lot happening at Standing Tall in Hamilton, and we're excited to share it with you.

We’re thrilled to welcome Jaymie to the team as our new Program Support Officer, and we’ve officially settled into our new home at the Maryknoll Centre – complete with a new landline number to make it easier to stay in touch.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been busy matching students with mentors, and the impact speaks for itself: over the last financial year, 91 students were mentored, with our amazing volunteers contributing 1378 hours of their time – and that’s just for mentoring alone! It doesn’t even include the countless hours given by our hardworking Committee of Management or the extra positive energy poured into events like the Serra Terror. We’re so grateful for the incredible support from our whole community – thank you for being part of it.
