Kirsty is a passionate advocate for agriculture and community development, bringing 17 years of experience in research and industry leadership to the Standing Tall in Hamilton committee. With a PhD in agricultural science from The University of New England, her expertise lies in beef and lamb production, supply chains, and industry innovation.

As an Agricultural Consultant at Thrive Agri Services, Kirsty provides independent research, training, and business support across the Australian sheep and beef industries. Her strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills make her a valuable asset in both the agricultural and mentoring communities.
